As a young girl, aged 24, my first encounter in the Real Estate world was property management of over 400 doors. Not yet licensed, I worked under my mentor Dan Ellis; owner of Ellis Gallery of Homes in San Juan Capistrano.
Later on in my website you will see a triplex I recently sold that offered a 7% return and it was here, back then I met the owner and future client for the sale of this property, 30 years later. I love to develop relationships, improve upon properties under my guidance so owners and sellers see the highest returns. I do not charge extra for remodels as I enjoy seeing the outcome.
Working only with licensed bonded and insured contractors we can help you to get the highest return on your property with the least amount of effort on your part. Accounting reports are sent monthly, year end reports along with 1099’s prepared year end by a licensed CPA.
